Once your Pretty Please Favor order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order. This email will contain details of your order including your order number, product description, shipping rate and balance due. A second email will be sent once your order is shipped; this email will contain your tracking number.
All orders placed are processed within 5 to 10 business
days. Processing time is the time needed to process and ship your order from our facilities. If an item requires personalization, production time could take up to 10 business days. Holidays do not count as business days. Please note that this processing time does not include shipping transit time. Shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on the weight of the items you selected and the shipping destination.
Pretty Please Favors offer regular ground shipping (3-5 days), 3-day guaranteed delivery, 2-day guaranteed delivery and overnight delivery. Please keep in mind that any shipping option other than regular ground shipping incurs a premium-shipping fee.

Changes/Cancellations & Returns
At Pretty Please Favors we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and will accept returns of unused or damaged merchandise purchased at prettypleasefavors.com up to 14 days after the date of receipt.Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization code. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization code. Once a return is authorized, refunds will be given in the amount of the total purchase price, including applicable sales tax. Shipping charges will only be refunded on damaged or defective products. All refunds will be applied to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please note that personalized products, perishable merchandise, clearance items and special order items are not returnable. All merchandise must be returned new and unused in its original packaging. Pretty Please Favors recommends that you choose a shipping service that provides tracking information, to ensure the proper credit to your account. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed or personalized. We strongly suggest you speak with a customer-care representative as soon as possible with changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request without any additional charges.
